Do be forewarned, the post below is full of spoilers. Read at your own risk. :)

Last Monday my siblings, Leon and I went to the Mall's Cineplex to watch The Avengers. It was such a brilliant movie with awesome fighting scenes and superb acting performances. I especially liked how **SPOILER ALERT** Loki carried himself while he was at the party in Stuttgart. That guy knows how to wear a scarf, man.

Though it pissed me off that **SPOILER ALERT** they had to kill off Phil Coulson. He was a favourite of the audience and killing him off really evokes the emotions. This was a guy with no special powers/abilities to call his own but who died believing his belief. Though somehow I suspect Nick Fury faked Phil's death in order to motivate the Avengers. I mean, it was not shown in the movie where the medics confirmed his death.

And for those who actually stayed to watch the post-credit scenes, in one of the scenes, **SPOILER ALERT** there were two figures talking and at the very end of that clip, a guy was looking back at the camera flashing an evil grin. I was really excited when I saw him. For those who doesn't know the character, that was Thanos the Mad Titan. And if you thought Loki is bad, this guy re-defines the meaning of super-villainy.

And here are some of my favourite lines in the movie:

**MORE SPOILER ALERT**

The scene where the Avengers were arguing.
Thor: Be careful how you speak of Loki! He is of Asgard and he is my brother!
Black Widow/Natasha Romanoff: He killed 80 people in 2 days.
Thor: He's adopted.
Oh that was funny!

The scene where Hulk ragdolled Loki.
Hulk: Puny God..
This one really brought up laughter among the audience

In one of the post-credit scenes.
Character "Other": To challenge them is to court death.
Another character (Thanos): *evil grin*
I love this particular line because there is a double-meaning to it. See, Thanos the Titan had always been obsessed with nihilism and death, to the point of being infatuated with the personification of death itself, Mistress Death. And the line implies that challenging humans means inviting death for themselves, but also an act of "inviting" Mistress Death. Cool, huh?

The designer

Kitty

Kitty. 25. Blogger, web designer, procrastinator and bibliophile based in Brunei. Enjoys creating and designing websites, dabbling with HTML, CSS and PHP.

Among the interwebs community, I am generally known as Kitty. I'm a teacher-trainee with a bachelor degree in Education, majoring in History. I enjoy talking to my online friends. You could say I have more friends in the cyberworld than in real life. Because it is easier for me to talk to people without looking at them in the face; I'm a shy person and I'm very self-conscious on how I look. I don't know what people think about me so I'd leave that to you to figure out yourself.

I've been blogging since 2005 (or earlier) though my experience with the internet started back in 2000. My main interest is in web design and development. Other times you can see me wrapped around a book or glued to Astronomy and web design magazines.

The website

This website was created in January 2011 and the domain was purchased by me in late December 2010. Initially the website was intended to house tutorials for Classic Blogger/Blogspot only however over the time it has developed into what you see today.

Several of the tutorials and articles can also be found on Nekonette.com, which is the my main website where I mostly blog about my personal life. Also some of the tutorials here have been moved to that website.
